Pre -Design
At the core of the studio’s philosophy is good design. Design that works for our clients on multiple levels- comfort, sociability, sustainability and practicality.
Schematic Design
A good design is focused around movability, comfort and practicality. Habitat design studio believes its interventions to enrich daily life whilst protecting the environment.
Design Development
At the Design Development stage, the concept design drawings are converted to working drawings required by the council for lodgement. Council requirements differ from project to project.
Sustainability
Habitat design studio is committed to employing energy efficiency by implementing innovative passive solar design to reduce the reliance on heating and cooling. We encourage the use of energy-efficient products and alternative energy systems.

What we do
The design and building procedure is an intensive process. Whilst we manage the development process of the project Habitat design studio strives to keep their clients well informed and involved in the design process. The practice uses extensive Architectural programs assisting the client to visualize the project with the use of 3D modelling and rendering.
